Culinary expert Carla Blumberg, broadcast journalist Fred de Sam Lazaro, and professor/author Nick Hayes will fill your tummy and your brain with insights about the role of gin in the British Empire and how the countries that made up the Empire are doing now. Sample 5 different gins and one bitters, along with chasers and appetizers from the days of the Empire prepared by Kirk Bratrud (Bayport Anerican Cookery founder). Hosted by Susan & David Plimpton and Carla Blumberg.
